haxo: On 27 Mar 2012, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. By that time,I had never heard of UC.The biggest thing I’ve learned to date is that diet plays a crucial role in UC.Some specific foods could cause a flare up. The trigger foods is different with each person. i keep a journal of all foods eaten to find those foods that bother me. I'm taking Prednisone and Asacol 2012年3月に潰瘍性大腸炎になりました。40日入院。主治医から食事制限の指示はありませんが自分の体調管理のため食べた物を記録していきます。現在ペンタサ注腸とアサコールを服用中です。
